Open call for proposal: Support to transnational mobility programmes or schemes in the field of culture
At the end of 2008, the European Parliament voted a new budget line on the 2009 budget of the European Union for the continuation of the Pilot Project on Artist Mobility.
The objective of this new appropriation is to enable contributions to the operational costs of mobility funds, programmes or schemes for artists and cultural professionals on a matching basis.
To this purpose, a new call for proposals was published by the European Commission on 4th of March 2009.
